For my friends who live in metro-Atlanta neighborhoods, this post is for you! Cubanos recently opened in Sandy Springs off of Roswell Road and is serving up your Cuban sandwich and coffee fix!
This takeout stand has a limited menu of only pork and chicken options, but I was able to get my hands the El Pollo! This hot pressed sandwich was stuffed with chicken, spicy secret aoli, and pickles in between two slices of Cuban bread. Paired with plantain chips, YUM! As for coffee, I ordered their café con leche which was sweet and energizing!
If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by Cubanos for an authentic Cuban sandwich and coffee experience. I will say, the line got pretty long (by high local demand of course), but it is worth the wait. The prices were not bad either! The sandwich was massive and was only $12.95, the coffees ranged up to $5, and you can treat yourself to dessert afterward with Cubanos’ homemade flan!
